Microsoft plans to put an artificial intelligence system in Windows 11 that will record and analyze user actions.

She will regularly take screenshots of the working screen, copy and encrypt the information received. AI will analyze the data to then help the user quickly create new queries based on keywords.

Security specialist Kevin Beaumont says that for such a “corrosive” function that monitors every step of the PC owner, Windows 11 is not sufficiently protected from hackers (writes Rossiyskaya Gazeta ).

Screenshots may contain personal information, including passwords and emails. Text documents are not encrypted at all, and access to them does not require administrator rights. This will give wide scope for attackers to steal critical data.

The RVS TG channel notes in this regard that with such systems, supposedly needed for the convenience of users, digital control is established over the population. In any case, if you use the OS too confidentially, there is every chance of helping criminals collect incriminating evidence, who may one day use the collected information.
